I was reading through the manual in preparation for a round the world flight and saw under the section for fuel temperature, that the limit is -27C, is that correct or should it be -37C since jet fuel freezes at -40C?

Are you going to recreate the "Starship Diaries" flights? That is on my list of "to do" for this Starship.

Just double checked the POH. -27° is correct. Don't worry about your high altitude ambitions, though! Each tank has a fuel-oil heat exchanger to keep the tanks toasty.

That's a brilliant idea about the Starship Diaries! I should really get myself a copy and do the same thing.

Ah okay, thank you for confirming and thanks DrZ for that suggestion. I was planning on doing my own thing but I may check that book out too!

I doubt I will find the time for this myself, unfortunately, but I can only imagine the fun of getting the audiobook too and listening to the stories while flying the route. What an experience, especially with the atmospherics of MSFS 2024.
