DUKE Turbine Eco Criuse PWR torque dropping
-
When setting the duke for economy cruise at 880 trq and 1800 prop 31 gal/hr FF, the torque value slowly drops requiring me to add power using the trust levers to get back to 880 only to see my FF increase. this continues until eventually i run out of thrust lever range on my throttle quadrant.

You're saying that the torque continuously decreases at a given power lever setting during level cruise flight? Once you've run out of power lever, does the torque continue to decrease? That would be very odd. Anything is possible, so I will investigate after you clarify. I've seen where using time acceleration can cause the torque to decrease by 2-4%, but it returns to the correct value when time acceleration is returned to 1x.

Correct. I have not let it get to the point of actually running out of power lever travel, however the slow loss of torque would eventually progressed to that point. If I set for 880 trq after a minute or two it drops to 860, i push the pwr lever forward to get it back to 880, then after a minute or two its back to 860, i give it more power.. so on and so on. No time acceleration used and it's MSFS 2020

Thanks for the details. I'll look into it later. I would have expected something like this to turn up by now with how long this aircraft has been out in the wild, though. The only other thing I can think of is that your engine health is under 20% and continuing to degrade due to some kind of exceedance. I don't suppose you've checked your engine condition on the tablet interface recently, have you?

Both engines were at 100%. I've only had the Duke package about a week. I can't thing of any other cause, nothing in my Com Folder but scenery and other aircraft. No performance stuff. It's probably not noticeable in most cases, I only noticed in long cruises when in economy mode. It's by no means a "show stopper" just something I noticed and wanted to see if it was a bug or something I'm doing wrong.
