Turbine Duke v1.1--windshield heat issue

Windshield heat gauge is showing voltage with no AC power on the acft--(windshield heat switch turned on, both gens and inverter turned off).

@w6kd windshield heat has it's own inverter which can also be used as standby inverter for the instruments, and I think it can draw directly from battery, if no gens are online.

I'm no expert on electric schematics and I have a question, if I pull the CB 35 (L. WSHLD HEAT), there's no change in the circuit schematics.
The AC VOLTS changes though
Is the electric schematic missing a CB perhaps?!

@hangar_101 yes, not all the breakers are shown on the diagram, only some main busses - those which affect multiple circuits, not individual circuit breakers which should be obvious in what they connect.
