Recharge battery

Hi there, does anyone know how to recharge the batteries of the Bonanza while standing on the ground with engine off?

I lost my Pri and Sec Alts enroute and drained the battery getting to me Altnerate and now I cannot turn the WX radar on to try and fix anything.
