    @orford Thanks Orford, I did a reinstall of windows 10 and fresh install of msfs2020 after installing both piper arrows I was unable to fire up the planes, everything in the cockpit was clickable but no battery power or gauges working, I did as you suggested above logging out of xbox live then logging back in but without having to reboot the pc, reinstalled the arrows and am chuffed to bits having my favourite planes working again, so great job sir

    @adam-lucas I will never reiinstall Windows or MSFS for one addon.

    I would get a refund.

    This has happened to me now and Im fuming.

    I quite agree. There should be no need to reinstall Windows just to add an aircraft.

    Your best bet is to contact Just Flight support. They should be able to assist with this kind of thing.

    I hope this security check issue doesn't persist.

    I reinstalled the addon with all my firewalls disabled and now it seems OK..... for now.

    Shouldn't need to disable firewalls. NEVER had to do this for any other addon.

    Also, when I uninstalled it, it didn't remove everything because when I reinstalled it, I was not asked for the usual login data etc.

    This isn't the best way to do a clean install.......!

    I see this issue still exists. I am unable to get the the registration to work. The dialogue box popped up on the first install but the license did not work. When I try reinstalling, I no longer see the registration page.

    @derek I entered a help ticket last night an had an email response today. Seems like my license file is not being written when I run the installer. We are sorting out the issue.

    Problem resolved :airplane_departure: :airplane_departure: . JustFlight support sent me the file to validate the registration. I still can't explain why the file was not written other than i am dealing with Microsoft Windows.
