Copilot AAP RA TEST doesn't make a chime when pressed

Hello,
I noticed that when performing the RA TEST on the AAP, the chime sound only plays from the captain's panel and not the copilot's. Is this intended behavior?

It's controlled by whichever side of the aircraft is in command of the autopilot via the "AP X-FER" button. Otherwise, things would get very confusing with three different tones from the copilot's side instruments, which may not be set to anything relevant during single pilot operations.
