    Good day,

I am wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the Caravan, in my case the passenger with cargo pod and cargo variants, occasionally becoming unstable during takeoff and landing. It is random and I have not been able to determine a pattern except that when it does happen the KAP 140 also behaves erratically. As an example, this last flight I took off without issue, when I turned on HDG the KAP 140 threw me over into a 50+ degree turn to the right even though I was on track. It disconnected when I pulled the yoke back to level flight, returned to course, ensured the course was set correctly, turned it back on, and this time it went into a 50+ degree turn to the left. This happened twice more. I finally overcame the issue by selecting NAV (GPS) mode which it tracked without issue. This random behavior has also happened with the altitude where it has gone into 2500+ climbs and dives. At any rate, the flight was uneventful until I was on approach. At about 1300 feet, 2nd flap setting, ~90 KIAS the plane suddenly pitched nose up, then nose down, and plummeted out of the sky. The load and fuel were balanced. It was not over input on the yoke. I am going to uninstall then install again and see if that changes anything. I have the flight model in MSFS2024 set to modern and I am in VR. This behavior does not happen with any of the other craft I fly. This last flight/example is the most extreme, normally I am able to take control, get back to level flight and on track with some corrections and the KAP 140 issue resolves after being cycled on and off four or five times. The majority of the time this happens it is during takeoff so I am better prepared for something random when turning the KAP 140 on.

    Thank you in advance,
    Ed
