Dynamic Registration Starship

I'd like to use the Star Trek font for the Blacksquare Starship, registration number NC 17017, but I'd like the lowercase letters to be the same height as the numbers. Is that possible?

Marty and I have this sorted out. The uppercase characters from the Star Trek BT font are acceptable for the registration number.
