It's my understanding that the condition lever should only set a minimum RPM and should not affect any upper limit- The Low Idle position provides a minimum RPM of 52% Ng and the High Idle position provides a minimum RPM of 65% Ng.

However in the Low Idle position, with the power lever at full, Ng only gets to 96% and 1200 ft-lb torque. Also, the High Idle Ng with power lever at idle should be around 65% but in sim only shows 54%.

I also agree with this, and want to add, that at power lever idle, and condition lever at low idle, it rolls across the ground without any power addition. It doesn't have that much in real life and requires a bit of thrust to get her rolling.
