Over speed warning > almost instant “back on track”
-
First of all, thank you for this fantastic model!
I did a few short test flights and would like give some feedback regarding the overspeed warning.
My issue is that almost instant after the overspeed warning I get set “back on track” by the sim. I guess it recognizes a fatal crash regarding the airframe.Compared to the Bonanza, Baron or Duke I feel there is almost no headroom to react.
Would it be possible to set here a bit more time to react before you get set “back on track” by the simulator?I assume the airframe would not almost instantly break with a slightly overspeed.

Glad to hear you're enjoying it
I might be able to give you some more time to react, but that number also affects when the simulator starts to introduce overspeed buffeting. I assume you might already know this, but you can disable this in the simulator by checking the "Disable Aircraft Stress Damage" option in the menu. I think most of my users have all "crash" options turned off, since they often conflict with complex third party aircraft anyway. -
I would say enjoying is a understatement, I love it as all of your products!
Did not disable aircraft stress damage to get a more “realistic” punishment, but will give it a try. Thanks for the quick replay.
And a few more seconds in one of the next updates would be appreciated but I do understand it does potentially cause other issues.
