Autopilot leveling off 100 ft below selected altitude

In the Caravan, if I fly in ALT mode at 2000 feet, and select 2800 feet as target altitude, then press ALT to get to VS mode, and the Up button a couple of times to set the climb speed, the aircraft will climb as directed and then level off at 2700 feet.. and indeed the target altitude now reads 2700 feet.
I have seen this behaviour before, in the Carenado F33, and reported it there without effect.. Is it possibly a bug in the underlying Asobo/WT KAP140 code?

Are you familiar with the KAP 140's adjustable barometer setting? Unfortunately, I think there is actually a bug with that right now, but I will fix it very soon with v1.1.
