I've noticed occasional mismatches between taxiway signs and pavements markers. Today at EDDV for example at the approach end of 27R the taxiway sign showed it as 27L - while the paint on the pavement right next to it was correct (27R). I'll have to check after the flight and try disabling real taxiways to see if it's a real taxiway issue or MSFS - I'll report back.

Yep - it's real taxiways. First pic is real taxiways on and 2nd pic is with it off. I've noticed this at a few other airports too - just kept forgetting to report it. Hopefully it's a code fix and not just one off fixes. It's always the sign that's wrong.

@Black-Square I'm noticing this at more and more airports - wondering if its an SU4 issue. I've started making sure to look at the pavement markers - not the signs. I know your slammed with Caravan work but when you get a break and want a distraction . . . . . I can keep track of other instances if that would help.

Please do keep track of any you find. You shouldn't find many more where the L and R are swapped. I looked at this particular airport, and that happened for a specific reason that is unlikely to occur at many other airports. If you find airports where the runway is marked 24, and the taxiway sign says 25, that's probably more common, because runways do change numbers as magnetic variation changes.
