Issue description: When flying with a single operating engine, moving a physical axis assigned to both props is problematic. For example, if the control is prone to misinputs, unfeathering occurs immediately.
Solution example: Make propeller RPM levers stick to feathered position, if it has been set there, regardless of inputs.
As an additional/optional choice, feathering operations could have a simevent (Toggle pax sign etc.) or variable (for scripts) associated with them.
Tested on v0.1.2 Dukes on FS24 SU4
