Turbine Duke External Power

Certain Black Square products have their own external power carts which can be called in anywhere at any sensible time. Others rely on the base simulator to provide the power cart, which not every spot has available and is even more fickle if you are anywhere other than your spawn spot.
Unfortunately, the Dukes fall into the latter category. I am hoping at some point Nick changes all the aircraft that use the sim external power cart to use his own custom one.
