If you look at Black Square's post above he suggests contacting support. That way the various instances can be logged and we may be able to work out a pattern.

Hi mate. I submitted a ticket but heard nothing.

It looks like that ticket was raised on Sunday, so you won't necessarily hear anything for a day or two and that will most likely be an acknoweldgement that the matter is being loked into. We are a UK-based company and work normal business hours Mon-Fri with some extra coverage on Saturdays.

Looking at the thread above, it doesn't look like there is a 'fix' available. I imagine that support will collate the instances of this and pass the data to Black Square for investigation.

The problem seems to be limited to certain users - not all of them - so may be more difficult to find the common denominator.

Only two people have posted about it so I am pretty sure it is not a universal 'feature'. However, Support will have a better idea about that.
