I have the Caravan Bundle from the msfs24 marketplace for Xbox. The GPS almost never loads in. I have to restart the sim several times for it to work. This is for the 530/430 as also for the 750/650. In the first configuration there is the message ‘ No GPS position’ and in the second configuration the screens stay blank. I have the paid version of the PMS GTN750. This only happens in the caravan bundle. No problems in all other add ons. I have SU5, no beta for me.

I have the same setup as you, but I have never had any problems with the GTN750.

I have actually never tried to use the GNS530 before, but when I hot swap to it, I get the same “no gps” message as you. If I turn the avionics bus off and on again, it does however boot properly, and works as it should.

@ploodovic Thanks for sharing! I also tried swapping many times and than switch the avionics bus off and on but no result. The good thing about this, I go old school with RNAV now. Anyway, next step will be a fresh install of the sim and add ons. Cheers

I doubt this is necessary, but I suppose you never know. Have you tried contacting Just Flight Support? They have a lot of experience troubleshooting these kinds of issues. How long have you waited with the GNS 530/430? That message can take a long time to go away. If the rest of the aircraft and avionics are working correctly, then it's not something in my custom avionics that is causing the avionics server to crash. Not sure what to say about the 750/650, unfortunately.

@Black-Square Thank you for looking into this. I have not contacted JF Support yet. I will first try what you advised for the 530/430 and wait longer, maybe I wasn't patient enough. The 750/650 will be the next step. The rest of the avionics are absolutely working perfectly. I also enjoy RNAV now, certainly with the Caravan. Cheers.
