A lot of clickspots doesnt't work in VR
-
Unfortunatly, a lot of clickspot seems not to work when in VR. For example: You can oben the doors from insinde cockpit, but never close it. No chance to open then Blacksquare EFB, also the ladder, when its out, there's no chance to bring it in. But all knops and buttons in the cockpit seems to work well in VR. I have only tested the passenger variant so far.
Maybe its only a MSFS2024-Beta issue. I will now leave the Beta and test again. -
I don't know why the tablet wouldn't be accessible, since it has a huge clickspot, but if you ever have trouble closing any of the doors, the metallic handle to the left of the the pilot's head can be used to first retract all the ladders, and then close all the doors. Let me know if you can learn anything about the tablet from trying different angles.

I tried a lot of angles, no success. When I opened the tablet in 2D-Mode and switch back to VR, even the buttons in the tablet won't work to close the doors. I left now the Beta, there, every works fine in VR! Thx for that nice aircraft (my favorite now).

Good know! I will keep my eyes out for reports of this to make sure it gets fixed.

Good to hear, @Buzz. But are you also in MSFS2024 BETA? As I said, out of the beta it works fine for me, too. The issues seems to be only in the current beta version of MSFS2024. So, its good that BlackSquare has an eye on it, so we have a chance not to be surprised when then current beta becomes the SU5.

I have the same problem in the latest beta MSFS. In VR there's like invisible walls where the mouse can go and the side panel and the instrument panel is blocking the access to clicking on the door and the tablet. Also I could not close the pod doors. Otherwise everything works beautifully.

@AdamVonSzabo
I’m wondering whether this is something on Asobo’s side, or if SU5 will have to be released as stable with this issue still unresolved—and that Nick will need to address it within their aircraft instead.Either way, I think this will be the last beta I take part in. SU5 looks like it’s going to be good enough that it’s time to let go of the beta

I'll see that a post is made on the developer forums now that a few of you have mentioned this. There is nothing blocking the cursor's view of the tablet in VR, so you would really like to think this is an Asobo problem.
