Impossible to hide co-pilot

Since the last update, I can't hide the first officer anymore, even after unchecking "View pilots" in the settings.

I'm on MFS 2024.

You mean the last SU4 beta update I assume? Did it cause a co-pilot to appear in the Starship?

Wait you were actually seeing a visible copilot in 2024? This has NEVER worked for me despite having it set to show the copilot.

Did you modify the navigation_graph_pilot.cfg file in your bksq-aircraft-starship\SimObjects\Airplanes\bksq-aircraft-starship\navigation_graph folder in your community folder to get them to appear? If so you have to change that back to get rid of them.

Yeah, there is a post somewhere in this forum where someone had posted a 'fix' by editing a cfg file that displayed the copilot. Nic replied to it stating that Asobo's copilot avatar was too large when it was designed, that it clipped, other devs in the industry had the same problem and that noone could change it. Which is why he disabled it.

Perhaps you made that edit and forgot about it.

The only thing that concerns me is that all the other aircraft I have successfully added the copilot except the Black Square range. If the copliot ain't too big for others, I am hoping it will be made to fit in the Black Square aircraft as well. I hate to fly in an empty aircraft and I actually love how Asobo implemented the copilot.
