Left Engine Will Not Start

Hi, I have MSFS 2020 and I just bought the King Air 350. In trying to start it, the right engine starts just fine. The left engine gets to 20% and will go no further. When the starter is turned off, the engine spools down. I'm not doing anything different to start the left engine than I did the right. Does anyone know how to salve this? Thanks!

Did you check the engine health on the weather radar display? If you destroyed it on a previous start attempt, it might behave that way.

I didn't think to do that because it was newly installed and wouldn't even start on the first attempt. I'll check that out. Thanks!
