Difference in flight characteristics between FS2020 and FS2024?
-
Hi,
Are there actually any significant differences in the flight characteristics of the Starship between FS2020 and FS2024? Supposedly, FS2024 has improved ground physics somehow, but then again FS2020 has incorporated enhanced ground physics since SU15, and both the Turbine Duke and Starship take advantage of the new parameters.
The reason I ask is because I'm in the process of building a home cockpit, and FS2020 would work out better for this project if I won't be sacrificing flight modeling fidelity.
Thanks!

@GunStrauss It is not documented, and I have not seen any aircraft that makes use of this supposed feature yet.
@Aaron Anderson Your timing is coincidental, because we just recently had a conversation about the differences between the two here. Opinions are mixed, but to the best I have been able to tell, the only difference between the two (as far as my aircraft are concerned) is that MSFS 2024 appears to have much higher control sensitivities by default. This can be alleviated with aggressive response curves.
I really look forward to seeing the home cockpit you build! That's one of my favorite parts of interacting with my users here, actually.

@GunStrauss Do you have a link indicating this is true?
