So I read the manual, watched the videos, and I use the checklists. And I STILL managed to destroy an engine by forgetting to remove the cover.
I'm definitely looking for a new job now, but it was great flying this plane while it lasted.
(Oh, and I love that this addon will absolutely punish your mistakes).

The worst Ive done so far is cooked an engine to 40% on startup when it was an exceedingly hot day, I think 40C. Rose to 1200 degrees momentarily on startup. Still performed fine after that. My other engine is at 96% which I think I caused by running it at like 850ITT for a few minutes in flight, but im not sure.
