Waypoints missing on Approach - why?

I entered my cleared approach for ILS 24 via the KETAP transition but there were 2 waypoints missing and I would love to understand why.

The FMS plan went from KETAP to XANIM, missing out D3260 and CI24L.

Is this because they are GPS waypoints? I tried to add them but it didn't work and I ended up flying to XANIM and then turning onto final approach.

Are you utilizing Navigraph database in MSFS?

Yes. This only happens in the Starship and I suspect it has to do with the waypoint type. I'm not sure, I'm still learning how to fly this aircraft.

Those waypoints must not be in Asobo's navigation database. So I can better understand the situation, how did you enter that approach? Did you inject it somehow, or did you use the approach selection screen on the CDU?

I used the approach selection screen on the CDU to select ILS24 via KETAP.
