Is there any way to set the altitude indicators to metric, or show the altitude in meters?Maybe I missed the switch, or the option, not sure...

Since time immemorial, altitudes in aviation have been measured in feet.Only Russia, China, and a few other Asian states and the former Yugoslavia use the metric system, more for political than technical reasons.
