Weight units resets every session

Are you exiting the sim by closing the window, or going back to the menu and then choosing quit to desktop?

This minor thing also includes the weights not beng retained and going to default 170lbs. Not a show stopper for me since I always visit the payload screen before engine start to check overall weight of the A/C

This is mentioned in the manual as something that is not supported by MSFS at a base level.

@jmarkows That note about the limitation only seems to apply to using the default weights interface. Both of the Dukes will maintain the same weights and fuel state as the last flight also. Not a big deal, but it'd be nice to have it on the Starship, especially the fuel state.

There is no difference between how I handle weight and fuel saving between Starship and any of my other aircraft. Both seem to be working well for me. This is why you haven't seen more advanced aircraft ownership features from me. The MSFS state saving system seems to behave differently on different computers. I hope this doesn't sound like an excuse, but I have torched numerous hours trying to get to the bottom of these inconsistencies with no luck.

I would if I could, but that would be creating my own simulator to get around some of these issues, I'm afraid. I have changed nothing about how payload and fuel saving works in any of my aircraft for years. They all work on my end, and every computer I have tested on physically. Yet, it just doesn't seem to work for some people. I have spent a huge amount of time trying to find the cause in the past, with no luck. The differences that arise between installations when everything runs on Windows, and all supposedly on the same simulator versions, are really surprising.
