Range Figures in the manual correct?

Hello!
I am currently creating my own checklist for the Starship and wondered why she should have more range when heavier?

For example:
I looked at RECOMMENDED CRUISE POWER
With 12,000 lbs @ FL200 the table shows a range of 568 NM
With 14,500 lbs @ FL200 the table shows a range of 1,052 NM

Why does she have more range when heavier?

I think the 12000lbs table, is calculated with only 2000lbs of fuel, the 14500 table I think is full tanks.
