The 'Feature Highlights' PDF mentions on page three that the fix for this is to disable 'NanoVG' under the Experimental section of settings in game. Did Asobo remove that option, because I don't see it. I'll also mention that for me, I only get the flicker when I move my cursor off of anything clickable. Adjusting interior lighting doesn't cause any flicker.

Yes, it appears Asobo removed that option in MSFS 2024. I have noticed the same behavior as you on SU3 Beta, and we have reported it to Asobo. You can either use Legacy interaction mode for now, or see if a mod to remove the highlighting works to fix it.
