Yes brilliant work. I haven't flown it yet, only powered it up and set up my controls but looking forward to spending a lot of time with it

First proper flight just completed, a short hop from EGNX to EGPH. Bit nervy with a new plane as ever, and messed up my TOD so had to some some slightly odd vectors to get on the ILS, but it was a delight. The AP flew the ILS beautifully, even managed to get a nice smooth landing.

I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing aeroplane.

Thanks, guys! I won't accept the praise until the first round of bugs is fixed in the next couple of days, but I'm glad you're enjoying it šŸ™‚

I have this recurring nightmare where you take your just rewards for all your hard work, invest them into your aviation and boating hobbies, and are never seen again.

Unless that's your short term plan, it's OK to take a break, Nick šŸ˜‚

But your hard work is always appreciated.

@Black-Square I want to add my thanks (despite the Xbox wait) as I've learned that there is a Starship, N514RS, based in Aspen, CO (4 hours east of me) and you've included it in the liveries!

Just replicated in MSFS2024 a real world flight I flew a few years ago when I was a corporate King Air 350 pilot - KVNY-KMRY. Starship behaved really well although the flight plan self-erased when I tried to add the ATC assigned approach - was a real scramble to re-enter enough of the end of the flight plan and then add the approach but fat fingered it all in and then let her rip.

I cannot say enough about how impressive this simulation is - truly immersive and an absolute joy to fly. The Starship avionics suite, which I guess I did not realize was effectively the first Proline 4 installation (before even the 747) is incredibly powerful and capable - things like split radar (can support 2 different operating modes simultaneously where pilot can have ground map and copilot can have WX+TURB), plus being able to integrate multiple VOR, ADF or the VLF/Omega nav, the fantastic radio tuning with intuitive presets and recall - just all incredible and amazing to see how much capability was put into the Starship now 40-ish years ago.

Bravo Zulu - this beauty is simply the GOAT.

I took 3 days to read the manual. And, sitting in the cockpit, I told the Beech rep. "I'm taking her out! Close the doors!" And took the plunge. The avionics are way too complex if you think you can read up into proficiency. I filed Beechcraft Airport to North Eleuthera, Bahamas. Almost maximum range. And off I went on her delivery flight to TNCC. Whilst airborne, I had almost 5 hours to put theory to practice. And, OMG. This soothes my OCD so well. Let alone my nostalgia for 90's aviation.

This aircraft @Black-Square is one of the VERY few aircraft that puts a smile on my face every time I am in it. I kid you not, this aircraft has me waking up too early. A HUGE thank you for keeping this legacy alive.
