Loving the update @Black-Square, some comments for you...

    1. Even though the Oxygen masks are turned on above FL140, O2 is not being consumed.
    2. Temperature dial position is not remembered with state saving as with the Dukes.
    3. Ground objects e.g. chocks etc save state not remembered (already mentioned)

    Thank you

The oxygen masks are not to be turned on above flight level 14,000ft (FL140). They are turned on when the cabin altitude is higher than 12,000ft, which means when the air pressure inside the plane gets as thin as outside air pressure at 12,000ft altitude.
If the pressurization is in working order as it should, the cabin altitude should remain much lower than aircrafts flying altitude so that no oxygen is needed. However if you climb high without pressurization, for example air dump valve open, then you should see the oxygen is consumed as soon as the plane goes higher than 12,000ft.

          One more to add above.
          4. OAT does not save 'C or 'F setting

@toby23 If you want it to stay permanently on a C, here is fix for it: https://community.justflight.com/topic/6060/outside-temperature-instrument-c-f
