This is the case with all my aircraft. There was a bug in the Blender exporter when I first started making aircraft that would cause z-fighting (flickering) from the external view with colored glass when viewed through the windshields. I haven't revisited this problem in a while to see if it's been fixed, since it's pretty low on the priority list. I'll give it a shot when I have to fix a couple little things sometime soon.
