    First of all, I do not have the fastest computer, but I can fly the PMDG 737 at a reasonable framerate.

    Now I have discovered the King Air. And I noticed that on both flights I already made, I suddenly had a massive drop in framerate.

    I suspected some of the avionics and on my second flight I caught the culprit ! As soon as I switched off the Bendix weather radar the flight was smooth again. When I use the weather radar of the PMS GTN750, everything is fine.

    Is there anything I can do else then switching it off, perhaps a special graphics setting ?

    I love the rest of the plane, so it is not sooo important for me.

    Thanks for your help !

      @otto-groschenbuegel
      I had the same issue with the Baron.
      After about an hour my fps would go to single digits (from about 50). Turning off the weather radar would fix the issue.
      I think the developer is aware of the issue (I opened a support ticket a few weeks ago) but no response from them yet.
      I don't think its a widespread problem, it only affects a few "special" people.

        I have the same issue...are your FPS back to normal for the rest of the flight once you turn it off?
        In my case the FPS return to normal if I turn the radar off but only for a while, eventually I have to turn the radar on and off again. It's hard to troubleshoot because the problem only arises after roughly one hour.

          @outermarker
          My fps returns to normal after turning the radar off but most of my flights are about an hour. Not sure if I flew a second hour if the problem would return. Might need to try that.
          It also is intermittent for me, some flights go great and some flights have the problem.
          I also fly in VR, not sure if that's relevant.
