Bonanza and Baron EDM video tutorial

Hi. I am enjoying the Baron and Bonanza but I'm struggling to follow through on the Rich Peak and Lean Peak modes on the EDM. I have tried to complete the instructions in the manual with limited success. Is it possible for some kind simmer to do a complete video tutorial using the Black Square EDM? I am sure that others would appreciate it as well. Many thanks.
