Bonanza Mixture & Magnetos

I've spent a long time searching and experimenting before posting here so here goes.
Bonanza mixture first. It doesn't work consistently throughout the range of aircraft. i.e it works on the naturally aspirated on but not on the turbo. I use the latest FSUIPC7
I've tried the MSFS controls, same.
The magnetos are not so important but nevertheless infuriating! No command interests them. They work on every other aircraft I use.
One final point, when a Bonanza is loaded it doesn't allow me to use the FSUIPC window on my other monitor. I hogs, well, everything. I have to go back to the main Welcome screen before I can use the FSUIPC.Apart from that I really like the plane. I also have the Baron but I'm scared off it for the moment!
I've also got the KA and 208 and had no issues with them at all, at all.
