FS Traffic for MSFS

I understand that but when a freeware option to your product offer more in terms of models then that cant really be all that positive, at least In my opinion if I was the developer. What added value does it bring to justify a purchase.

There have always been freeware alternatives to traffic programs. The main USP of all of the payware titles over the years is generally much the same and, in the case of Traffic (which we have been developing anfd publishing for over 20 years), the popularity is usually down to ease of use and the ability to expand your game with a single program that adds a comprehensive set of high quality, framerate-friendly AI aircraft, following realistic routes and sitting in the correct sort of parking slots.

"What added value does it bring to justify a purchase."You pay for premium quality, user experience, interface, ease-of-use, reliability, communication with the devs, accountability by the devs, reputation, updates and the list goes on.
Freeware offerings are great but they are far from easy to use and the AI themselves have erratic behavior.
-
@leinsters erratic bahaviour is an Abobo issue first and foremost. Most likely a problem regardless of ones AI traffic option be it FS Traffic, AIG or anything else.

and you don't expect Just Flight to have fixed that? these are the things that you pay for and why having the option to pay for premium content - despite there being a missing variation or two - is well worth it in my eyes.

As a future update would love to see a 737 MAX lineup as well, especially as we get into 2022 schedules and beyond -:)
-
Looking forward to this, especially as it’s become difficult with MSFS to get proper AI working.
Is there a current airline list at this stage?
Also is it going to be possible to use the user interface to add missing models possibly from freeware devs as well as repaints as mentioned above.
In terms of the flight plans are they representative of realistic routes or based on real timetables? For eg if it flies a route two days a week it would in the flight plans?
-
Will the program have the option to substitute aircraft out in real time like you can with JoinFS?
Also, looking at the development page... is that the total list of aircraft for launch? That is a little disappointing if so. Would have liked to have seen something like the BAe-146 since a bunch of those are still flown here in Australia and elsewhere.
Also, no cargo variants? That is even more disappointing.
-
Will there be a plane spotter mode as in FSX version?
Also I recall FSX had an option to put 1960s aircraft traffic at airport ie different eras of aircraft
This was excellent.Any plans to redo this?
Kind regards

Glad to see using new models! I had bought Aerosoft but the default Asobo pointy noses are really freaky sometimes! Will be glad to get rid of pointy noses for good.
Also glad to see the iconic 747-400, even though it's retiring I think most of us simulate previous years and we just can't get rid of the queen of the skies

With the delay of SU10, it might be beneficial to the team to hold this back even if it is finished, so they can work out any inevitable bugs that the next update will ship with. Waiting sucks, but it will suck more to have the product but can't use it due to Asobo introducing new problems that didn't exist before :)

Rest assured that when the software is finished and tested it will be released.
