@150Aviation We are tracking an issue where having the Cockpit Interaction System set to LOCK is preventing the controls from being operated in the AEO or Navigator's position and we are investigating a possible fix.
As Pilot Pyles said above, in the mean time, we would recommend heading to MSFS Options > General Options > Accessibility and then setting the Cockpit Interaction System to LEGACY.
Alternatively, if you open the MSFS Checklist menu via the toolbar, and then click the "eye" icon next to an item that is on one of those rear panels, that will move the camera to those positions whilst still in the normal "Internal" camera mode, and the switches will work in both LOCK and LEGACY modes."
