    @randolf Yep It was the fan that was my problem. I didn't use as I thought it was something to do with AC only. Works pretty good now. Thanks!

    @patchadams502003 Hello, I've got the same problem but not with no Honeycomb. I've got Logitech Switch Panel and I use spad.next. The problem also turn off GTN750 but not others GPS. Well... I don't know what to do...

    Turns out that was the problem, my LVAR selection for my external hardware was only moving the switch, not actually selecting the AP to ON. Problem solved and not I'm navigating happily around Patagonia! Many thanks for all the help everyone. Cheers Warwick

    The POH refers to the elevator trim-tabs as anti-tabs that are also used as trim-tabs. I'm guessing it's similar to a lot of piper aircraft like the cherokee. You can find a few descriptions and videos of how they work. The trim sets the base position of the tab in the same direction as a normal trim tab and then the tab moves with the elevator in the same direction as the elevator movement to work as an antiservo tab. The way it's currently animated wouldn't work, so just animating the elevator trim as a normal trim tab would be better. Animating the antiservo movement too is probably a bit more work. Wish I could find a video of the TBM elevator moving to confirm some of this.

    @mad_x The old Garmins are designed by people that hate pilots. But the G1000 is quite okay. In terms of GA navigation, I prefer to have it on my iPad these days. ForeFlight and Skydemon (in Europe) have become extremely good. I know the interface in and out. And all my flight plans and custom waypoints are already in there. Using a portable GNS 2000 receiver, I always have good sat reception.

    @laurreth A further reply from the developer on this for you... "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have written that post from memory. I checked on the engine performance in the simulator today and the maximum attainable torque at FL300 at ISA is 105%. The maximum performance cruise table that I've been using from the POH indicates that this is the torque available at that pressure altitude with the power lever fully forward. I hope that helps dissuade any fears of undesired performance changes." Hope that helps.

    Just simply slowly greying out the whole screen would work for me. I think XPlane 11 did this. You only make this mistake once

The RMI very well may not-- I haven't checked any source documents, I was just basing it off the included manual (p.30 in the printer friendly version described a flag). MSFS does have a Total Air Temperature value integral to the sim that does calculate the ram air temp: From the SDK: TOTAL AIR TEMPERATURE Total air temperature is the air temperature at the front of the aircraft where the ram pressure from the speed of the aircraft is taken into account. Feel free to pass that along-- I'm not sure how the values match up to the IRL TBM's temps. Thanks again!
