@z06z33 Sadly it's not possible to open the pilot's windows in the F28. It's something we would like to add but it would require a fair amount of re-modelling and texturing work so it is unlikely to see it added at this stage. We have logged this feedback on our internal bugs/feature request tracker though so we can reassess it for future updates. Mark - Just Flight

Ideally everything should support the GNS750 addons, even if it means duct taping the box somewhere and connecting it with loose cables It's a good system to operate in a "modern" environment, and the 530 also has some limitations like not supporting holds. From what I read, the Nightmare Mode FMC coming to the 146 would rather be a step back compared to the CRJ system currently available in that plane too.

@mark thank you for reply. It would be nice to have the capability though. "Theoretically" wiring of "HSI-from-GNS" and "GS-from-GNS" is not too different and would be conceivable for the F28 if it'd fly today? Fingers crossed :=)

Hi all, Just to clarify a few things that have been mentioned in this thread. The VOR "spirals" issues isn't something we have ever been able to replicate, but I have personally seen a very small number of users reporting similar issues. As mentioned above, making sure the Working Title GNS530 is fully up to date should solve the issue. As much of a chore as it can be to keep everything up to date, we would recommend always keeping any GPS mods fully up to date to minimise any chances of issues appearing. It's probably the number one cause of autopilot issues we get through our support channels across multiple aircraft. The autopilot roll oscillations are a known issue when no GPS is selected (weather radar visible). We do have a solution for this that is currently in testing, but we need some time to ensure the fix works across all possible scenarios. As soon as we are confident in the fix, we will push a new update out for the F28 Professional. The difficulty we face with the F28 (and our PA28 range) is when the Working Title GNS530 is selected, it tries to take control of and override all of our autopilot code, so we have to effectively code the aircraft systems and flight model so that it works with multiple autopilot systems, which gets very complicated very quickly! One last-minute improvement to the Autopilot behavior with the Working Title GNS530 selected has likely caused this knock-on effect with the basic Autopilot functions which went unnoticed ahead of the v0.1.2 release. As a short-term solution, you shouldn't have any roll oscillations when the Working Title GNS530 is selected on the EFB. If anyone is experiencing any issues with State Saving in v0.1.2, if you can contact Just Flight support we should be able to provide a fix for that: https://www.justflight.com/support Mark - Just Flight

@mark Oh yes! Indeed now it makes sense. The barber pole is the issue, not the speed, my bad! And this also answers my question about fuel flow -> I was actually accelerating to mach 0.8 instead of the usual 0.75 so that makes sense now.. Concerning the altitude, I was wondering if for long flights like this one (2h+) you could climb above 30k to save more fuel. It makes sense not to climb farther for short hops, but for long flights...? Thank you for taking note of this bug and I hope it gets fixed very soon

@mark Will do thank you - I had seen the 0.1g spec but it "felt" a lot more effective than that. Given how slippery the little Fokker is it's nice being able to chuck the anchors out but I'll take the realistic version always. Please do check the outside view - to me it was very noticeable against clouds - I was in a 4000 at the time. My pax must have had bulletproof bladders because I didn't get any toilet visits but I did see one cabin call - for me, it all adds heaps to the immersion. Keep up the great work on this fantastic plane - remains my #1 choice!
