Could you kindly confirm which AIRAC cycle you are currently using? There were some additions made to the default 2401 navdata to add additional ILS identifiers in the v1.1 update but I believe we are still awaiting Navigraph to make those changes to the navdata supplied via the Navigraph Hub. Same on PC. Although I love the airplane and use it very often, I have to be honest and say that it is a very poor add-on from a performance point of view. In the meantime I use a Ryzen 7 9800 X3D and I can get the RJ in Aerosoft EDDF with BATC to under 30, partly even below 25 FPS(!!!) - CPU-bound. Even the Fenix is always around 10 FPS (or more) better in the worst case, the PMDG even 15+ FPS. Guys, you really need to do something about this, it's almost ridiculous. And the other two (BAE & Fokker) aren't much better either. I'm not saying that as a hater but as a fan of your products.

Hi, I too have this issue. But I’ve found a work around. After a missed approach if you load the landing runway and use the runway ext function it will add the RX point to the end of the route. Move this to the top of the legs page, then re-insert the instrument approach that you want. Hope that helps.

Thank you for the feedback. The intended logic is to request refuelling through the GSX menu, then once the refuelling truck has connected to the aircraft press the START REFUELLING button. That's the method we have been testing the RJ with and we recommend that in the following FAQ: https://support.justflight.com/en/support/solutions/articles/17000142827-gsx-boarding-logic-explained I believe we are limited with what additional refuelling logic we can add due to limitations in GSX's SDK, so any additional logic changes would require further integration on FSDT's end. However, we do have this logged on our internal feature requests tracker as something we would like to add additional functionality to in the future if an opportunity arises. Mark - Just Flight

Just want to say that every time I've brought up a concern with one of your products, I've received a quick response and it's been addressed in the very next update. Just Flight's attention to detail and concern about customer feedback is extraordinary and second-to-none in the flight sim industry. You guys are awesome.

@JC_YYZ The next time this happens (hopefully it doesn't!), would you be able to share a video of that occurring? That will be helpful for us to see what is going on in the cockpit and to see if there may be anything obvious we can spot that is causing it. Mark - Just Flight

A general rule of thumb in the RJ is switches that are marked with three dots are three-position switches, and switches that don't have any dots are two-position switches (although this may not always be the case). Therefore, when hovering your mouse over a three-position switch, the mouse cursor will turn to an up/down arrow indicating which direction the switch will move in when clicked. If a 'halt' hand is visible, that means the switch cannot be moved in that direction, either due to the switch not having another position in that direction, or a baulk (red square next to the switch) preventing the switch from moving.
