This typically indicates an installation and/or activation issue. Could I kindly ask you to raise a ticket with Just Flight Support at the following link: https://www.justflight.com/support
In the ticket, if you could let us know if there are any error messages visible on the EFB/Tablet when you load into the aircraft, then that will put our support team in the best position to assist with troubleshooting.
