Altitude turn constraints

Hello,

The JF RJ doesn't seem to handle altitude turn constraints very well.
For example; at 700 ft, turn left to MS510.
In the airclips Avro RJ video of a BRA flight from ESMS to ESSB, you can clearly see that the dummy waypoint for 700 ft is automatically removed at around 700 ft.

Yes, they have the GNS-XLS installed (which I would love to see in the JF RJ btw), but I would assume that the GNLU910 should have the same behavior in this particular situation.
