Hey there. I've just downloaded the latest updates for 2020 and 2024 and the installer just seemed to unzip some RAR and put some cabinet files in my downloads folder. Is there something I'm missing?

I’d suggest redownloading and installing zipping again. You could also have a setup.exe file required to start the installation, amongst some other files.
