I am trying to map the RJ air brake to two keys on the keyboard. I have mapped the two keys to Increment Spoiler and Decrement Spoiler in the setting options and applied them to all aircraft. The two keys work in the F28 in moving the air brake but not in the RJ.
Should I be using different settings for RJ to slowly extend or close the air brakes? I just don't want to toggle them.

Thanks for reporting this. It looks like the INCREMENT SPOILERS / DECREMENT SPOILERS control assignments are not supported in the RJ. Therefore, I've logged this on our internal bug tracker as something to look at implementing for a future update.
