Ghost Binding of Toggle Park Brake

I use Logitech Yoke/throttle quadrant with extra USB throttle quadrant. I have been using buttons T5 and T6 to Decr Flaps and Incr Flaps respectively. Much easier than the visual flap lever with releae button and drag with mouse.
However, the T5 button now has an "ghost" binding function of Toggle Park Brake. If I select Decr Flaps after landing it also sets the Park Brake (it's a simple work-around - press it again and the park brake releases - but it's annoying).
I have gone into MSFS2020 Controls, and also FSUIPC7, but there is no such binding within them - hence why I call it a "ghost" binding.
Is there a solution other than using buttons T3/T4 to operate the flaps?

From our side, the flaps and parking control assignments are completely independent of each other, so the only thing we can think of that could trigger them both would be a control assignment conflict within one of the controller profiles.
