A couple of problems today

Wrong TOC Indication - During Climb to cruise I was monitoring the Top Of Climb indications in the Navigation Display and the FMS Prog page and both were showing I was at TOC when I actually had 2500ft to go. The FMS display went to zero then started counting up again. I checked the correct cruise level was entered in the PERF page which correctly showed FL260, at this stage I was passing FL240 and climbing.
Not capturing Glide Path - On a 45deg approach to the ILS at 3000ft inbound to Runway 09 at Bristol EGGD. I set APP mode and shortly after the aircraft turned onto and captured the LOC but failed to capture the GS. I confirmed the ILS 110.15 and the inbound course of 087 was set on both Nav Units.
