cannot add new airport with no ICAO code

I'm trying to add a new airport which is in F
S but I'm getting the error message PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL FIELDS
I did add all fields so it looks like it does not accept the airport code as it's not 4 digits.
What I tried to enter was
