Cockpit Instruments Lighting (MSFS 2020)

Hi all...!
I am unable to adjust any of the lighting rotary knobs (on the pilot's side panels, overhead and centre console).
Clicking, turning adjusting attempts with the mouse have no effect and the rotaries remain firmly in the off/dim position.
Everything else seems to work fine.
Am I missing a master switch somewhere?

The dimmer switches in the RJ should just be typically rotary switches that can be controlled either via left-clicking either side of the switch, or by using the mouse wheel.
It may be worth double-checking for any conflicting control assignments that could be preventing them from moving, such as the PANEL LIGHTS or PEDESTAL LIGHTS control assignments.
