Blank EFB - No Maps!

I have replied to another post about this issue on the F28 forums but this is in the RJ Professional.

I purchased the RJ Professional and tried to fly the tutorial last night but the JF EFB Maps and Navigraph maps are hidden behind a 'black screen'. Sometimes they flicker and are visible for a split second but are completely unusable.

The JF EFB was a large reason for buying the RJ as I wanted to have the charts in the cockpit but this is currently impossible. Screenshots below and any help much appreciated.

I use MSFS 2024 SU1 public version (non-beta).

Unfortunately, this is an issue within MSFS 2024 that other developers are also reporting issues with. This has been reported to Asobo/MS, and we are actively looking for a workaround.

If we are able to find a workaround for this, it will be included in an upcoming update to the RJ Professional in MSFS 2024, or hopefully, it may be fixed in an upcoming MSFS Sim Update.

Hi Mark and thanks for your reply. I have installed SU2 Beta this morning and am pleased to say that the maps are now working again. They still flicker but at least I can see the maps again!

I spoke too soon! Once in the air, the maps break again... such a shame..

@Mark I have done some more testing and the native Asobo EFB displays Navigraph maps normally.
FSReborn also had an issue with Navigraph maps flickering and updated their plugin. Maybe JF could do the same?

Unfortunately maps not working in the newly updated Warrior and Turbo Arrows either... at least for me...
