Custom waypoints

Is it possible to add custom rnav waypoints, radial/bearing from a known beacon?
For example I want to do VORDME approach at LGKO14 and I want to add Initial (D14) and Final Fixes (D9) waypoints to do rnav descent till the final fix.

Fixes that don't exist in the navdata can be entered on the LEGS page in a couple of different ways:

Place-bearing/distance waypoints can be entered as "POL025/50". Where "POL" is the fix that exists in the navdata, "025" is the bearing from that fix, and "50" is the distance from that fix.
Latitude/longitude coordinates can be entered as "N4513.2W000901.2". Where N/S/E/W varies depending on the location of the coordinates.
