LNAV turns too early for teardrop procedures

Please try the approach SCFA VOR DME Y 19. This approach uses a teardrop. I noticed, that for these procedures, LNAV would pass the outbound waypoint (DME 15) as FLY-BY instead of FLY-OVER. It started to turn at about 13.5NM instead of 15 NM as I would have expected.
