EFB Moving Map is completely black

today i found out that when i sit in the cockpit and go with the mouse pointer to the upper menu list where you click on gsx efb etc the map appears. the same problem is also in the app charts. with the RJ146 there is the same problem. well at least i know how to get the map out when i need it. it looks like it has to do with the mouse pointer. maybe someone knows the solution.

We are aware some map related display issues in MSFS 2024. It's something our EFB development team have been looking into but we don't have a fix at this time. The workaround you've listed isn't something we are able to replicate on our side, but we'll keep that in mind if other users report similar issues.

I've just bought the RJ Professional and am trying to do the Tutorial flight with the same problem. No Maps on the EFB! Neither Navigraph En-Route or 'Map'. Both are black screens.
The workaround mentioned above does not work for me. It makes the JF EFB screen flicker but does not make the map appear.
I'm using MSFS 2024 public version (non-Beta). Would love to see this fixed. Everything else on the RJ is blowing my mind!

Unfortunately, this is an issue within MSFS 2024 that other developers are also reporting issues with. This has been reported to Asobo/MS, and we are actively looking for a workaround.
If we are able to find a workaround for this, it will be included in an upcoming update to the F28 Professional in MSFS 2024, or hopefully, it may be fixed in an upcoming MSFS Sim Update.
