Trying to work out what I'm doing wrong!
On approach, I disable AP (hit the disengage mini bar) , turn off the audible alarm. I'm leaving AT on for a bit.

When I try and use the trim down or push the nose down, the aircraft is fighting me and the trim wheel is not moving - like alt hold is on.

Am I missing a step? Oddly when I crashed and (Fs2024) throws you back I to the sky everything then worked fine!

    Thanks.

This has never happened to me, but admittedly I've never used the AP disengage bar, I use a button bound to TOGGLE AP MASTER or something like that. Have you tried other methods for disengaging, to see if the same issue occurs?

@RPGamerous thanks. I initially used the ap disengage and when that disable AP but I still had the issue, then I used the disengage bar.

But I do have honeycomb bravo assignments. Your comment has made me think about removing them all and trying again.
